Orchid Pods are set on the NC500 in a quiet tranquil meadow, with breath taking views of the Morven mountains and sea views over Lybster bay.
Come and relax and unwind or use as the perfect base for exploring the NC500 North East Highlands of Scotland.
The Village of Lybster sits along the NC500 route and is just a 2 minute drive from your base here at Orchid Pods. It offers Post office, General Store and Cafe. There is a nine hole golf course for those who fancy a round or take trip down to Lybster Harbour and see the old herring port, lighthouse, take a wild swim or visit Waterlines.
If you want to travel a little further a field from Orchid Pods you are approx 45mins to John O' Groats, the Royal Castle Mey and 1hr to Dunrobin Castle. Closer to home is Whalligoe Steps, Pulteny whiskey distillery & tours, the shortest street in the world and Wick heritage centre, all well worth a look.
